The Anglo-American Charity Limited is an UK registered charity designed to serve the needs of both
philanthropists and charities in either the UK or the US. Giving through the Charity insures easy execution and maximum benefit for both the
charity and the giver.
The Anglo-American Charitable Foundation is a US
public charity (EIN 43-2031982) under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Through its wholly owned UK affiliate, the Anglo-American Charity
Ltd., The Anglo-American Charitable Foundation is able to accept donations from US citizens that are resident in the UK and for all UK tax payers who plan to give to a US charity.
The Anglo-American
Charity board of directors consists of: Stuart E. Horwich, a principal of Ayot
Financial Advisory Services LLP; Jeffrey Hedges, Investment Manager, Raymond James Investment Services and David J.
Fischer, Partner, Baker & Hostetler LLP (in Washington D.C.). Our advisory board includes: Mike Miller, Director
of External Affairs, The American School in London; Anne von Guionneau, Partner,
Parthenon Group and Robert Gould, past President of the Harvard Club of Great Britain.
